Can I buy your products internationally and in the EU?
We wish we could answer differently, but it’s a no. Between the change in cosmetics laws following Brexit, and the sheer cost of the postage that we would have to charge, it isn’t possible for us to ship outside of the UK right now. We’ve still got our fingers crossed for the future though.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
In line with UK distance selling laws, you have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch or return your order after receipt, in good order and unused, within 14 days. Unless goods are faulty, you will be responsible for the return postage.* Please notify us immediately if you decide to return your product and include your invoice in the package. We recommend return by tracked post – parcels will be acknowledged as returned on receipt by us. Once the returns are inspected and accepted, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
