A stunningly different way to drink tea: spiced, milky, better with sugar and always delicious. This is *nothing* like a British cuppa, nor is it meant to be. The milk (or plant milk!) in this fabulous drink acts as a perfect foil for the delicious spiced flavour. Traditionally made sweetened, we think it is best this way, but with or without sugar it is amazing.
Best way to prepare: Place 2½ teaspoons of tea mix into a pan with 1 cup of water and bring to the boil. Add 1 cup of milk and sugar to taste, bring back to the boil while whisking briskly. Remove from heat, strain & serve.
